Grade 3B

Dear 3B families,

I’m Ms. Choi and welcome to my page. This year will be my first year at Notre Dame Academy after several years of teaching in public school. I have a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education/iSTEM from The College of New Jersey. Coupled with my teaching experience as an early childhood grade teacher, I have the qualifications required to be an effective educator. I am certified in New Jersey Early Childhood teaching (Pre K- 3rd grade), HIBT (Harassment, Intimidation, Bullying and Teasing). I believe in creating a student-centered classroom. I wish to instill a sense of curiosity and wonder in my students in order to help them succeed. I also believe in establishing a learning environment that is culturally-responsive. In order to learn and succeed, students need to know that they are valued and included. 

I am excited to meet my third grade students!
